Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The original shipping fee is non-refundable in most cases (The original shipping fee refers to the actual shipping cost that we pay to the logistics company for shipping your order, not the shipping fee you paid when placing the order). Unless it’s a quality issue or problem with the order, unfortunately, we will not cover the return shipping. Please also note that we are not responsible for the customs duty on return package(s).

 If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at ladymady.official@gmail.com.

Since return address will vary according to the ordered item(s) & customer location, please first contact us to initiate a return request and we will then send you the detailed return instructions within 24 hours.

In general, please pack all of the items that you want to return with their original packaging and include a slip with the order number written. You could choose the cheapest method to ship at your location but it must have a tracking number. 

Once you have shipped the package, please let us know the tracking number and we will follow up with you once we receive the package at our facilities.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Exchanges

Please contact us at ladymady.official@gmail.com. to start an exchange request. We will get back to you very soon (24 hours max) with detailed instructions.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Additional Important Information:

  1. Expedite shipping time cannot be guaranteed during the holiday season due to courier companies.
  2. Please do not send your return package to the sender’s address on your package. This is not theaddress of our return facility and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping address we provide.
  3. Please make sure you don’t include non-LadyMady items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
  4. The express shipping fee cannot be refunded due to personal reasons refund.
  5. We cannot refund holiday-related items due to late arrival, because the shipping time is out of our control. We recommend buying all holiday-related items at least 45 days before the holiday. 
  6. Please request order cancellation as soon as you have made the decision by contacting our customer service. Once the package is sent out from our warehouse, we will not be able to recall it and therefore the order cancellation will not be granted.
